4. Plank Knee Tucks


How To:

Protocol: 15 reps/side

Target Muscle(s): Abs (All), Rectus Abdominis, Obliques, Lower Abs

Plank Knee Tucks are a killer way to build core stability and flatten the abs, while simultaneously shredding up the obliques and lower abs. They also work as a cardio burner.

  • (1) Move into pushup position.
  • (2) Bring your right knee up into your chest, curl your torso over, and squeeze your abs for 1 second.
  • (3) Release back to start and repeat. Do 15 reps and then repeat for the left side.
